I realise that things go wrong with cars. That's why they have warranties. However, some of the problems that I have had with my car have not been fixed by the dealers when I asked them to, and routine servicing has not been done properly when I have put the car in for servicing. This has meant that I have ended up fixing things my self.
Some of this is my unwillingness to spend a lot of time taking it back and forth to the dealer. However I didn't buy an Audi to spend my time dealing with problems, and I certainly didn't expect the arrogant attitude of the servicing departments.
